0166(3)(a): During on-site visit, the emergency exit in the play room was locked. 0166(3)(c): During on-site visit, the emergency exit in the play room was blocked with nap cots and a shelf unit that prevents the door from opening and being accessible to children. 0166(4)(c)(i): During on-site visit, the window in the downstairs play room and the window in the bedroom/quiet toy room were locked; both windows are emergency exits.
